• Order Minimum:
  All orders require a minimum purchase of $25.00. (not including shipping)

• Processing and Shipping:
  Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.

• Returns and Issues:
  For returns or issues with your order, please contact Mystical Mountain Mermaid directly. Report any damaged or missing items within ten (10) days of receipt so Mystical Mountain Mermaid can promptly assist and credit your account accordingly.

• Damaged or Missing Items:
  In the event of damaged or missing items, please provide Mystical Mountain Mermaid with a clear photographic evidence of the damage. This helps Mystical Mountain Mermaid efficiently effectively handle your situation

By placing an order at Mystical Mountain Mermaid, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.

The price applicable is set at the date you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

Readings and Appointments:
Mystical Mountain Mermaid reserves the right to cancel and refund any reading if unable to complete the service. If you reserve an appointment and cancel within one week of the scheduled date, you may be liable for 50% of the service price. You agree to these terms at the time of payment.

 

Appointment Cancellation:

Booking an appointment reserves that time exclusively for you. To be respectful to all clients, please notify Mystical Mountain Mermaid via email as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellation must be made at least one week in advance to allow other clients access to the appointment time.
